CONTEXT
Urban Wear opened its first store in 2007 and became the first choice of many for their urban fashion needs in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Urban Wear approached LION Digital for email marketing, and the request was to increase the channel returns, broadly leveraging the full potential infused in the company offers.
WHAT WE DID
The initial information the Urban Wear team provided during the briefing allowed the LION Email team to clearly define the frequency, the brand’s tone of voice and the range of the business assets to leverage in future email communications, such as the loyalty program, discounts and coupons.
RESULTS
From the first months of LION Digital work, Email channel performance indicators regularly grew. The recent YoY comparison of periods before and after the LION Email team started working with Urban Wear demonstrated that the eCommerce conversion rate rose by 6%, Average Order Value increased by 11%, which raised the Transactions by 210%, and Revenue grew by 243%.
