CONTEXT
The Bedspread Shop wanted to migrate from CS-Cart to Shopify to modernise its website and increase the revenue generated by the online channel. They have a brick and mortar shop in Melbourne but their eCommerce wasn’t fully optimised and the business was missing opportunities, especially with the impact of COVID-19 and the growing part of online sales.
WHAT WE DID
LION helped The Bedspread Shop to accomplish their goals. The web building team delivered a modern online store, using Shopify CMS, and optimised the website for design and functionality. LION managed the product migration and liaised with the client on a constant basis to make sure all their concerns were taken into consideration. They also worked closely with their web hosting team to make sure that email delivery was guaranteed.
The team provided support to the clients by making adjustments if needed, being available to help the client to manage the transition, producing video tutorials to explain how to use the new platform, the best SEO practices and how to manage product page creation. LION also managed the SEO migration and provided a keyword research to give a boost to the organic channel after the website went live.
