CONTEXT
Sportitude is one of the largest online stores specialising in compression, running and training gear in Australia, along with top brands such as Nike, New Balance or Asics.
When Sportitude joined LION Digital, they wanted to expand their online presence and grab market shares towards the running shoe market.
WHAT WE DID
LION Digital established a clear strategy with Sportitude to define their goals and how to reach them. By creating a plan based on several pillars, such as onsite optimisation, and backlinking acquisition, LION Digital optimised Sportitude organic online presence.
A strategy has been developed to set up the plans and the areas where LION would make significant changes. The team had previous experience working with online retail stores specialised in sports equipment, which allowed LION Digital to maximise the potential towards the organic channel.
