CONTEXT
Pharmacy Direct is part of the most dynamic pharmacy groups and Australia’s first online pharmacy. They have been providing medication and general products by mail to the whole of Australia since 1996. Pharmacy Direct’s warehouse-style store provides over 17,000 products and stocks with the hottest brand names in vitamins, cosmetics, fragrances, general health, baby, personal care and household items. When LION started working with Pharmacy Direct, the SEM channel was performing fairly; however, there was room for optimisation and improvement.
WHAT WE DID
LION’s SEM team applied a ROAS-focused approach, expertise, and close, constant communication with the client. LION applied budget and bid adjustments, updated and optimised campaigns and applied Google Ads Recommendations. In addition, LION used technical knowledge to review Search Terms and Negative Keywords.
LION successfully optimised the Pharmacy Direct SEM channel, achieving outstanding & measurable results. The investment in this channel very quickly scaled up.
