CONTEXT
OneWorld Collection is an online furniture store with 9 showrooms in Australia. When OneWorld Collection engaged LION Digital, one of their priority was to increase their organic revenue.
WHAT WE DID
LION established a clear line of communication and worked with the client to determine goals. We worked along their side to improve the results on key categories and identify market opportunities.
LION worked on a holistic SEO strategy that included Onsite SEO, content creation and link building. We optimised the meta data for category pages, using our research to target the most relevant and valuable keywords. We produced content for local pages and category pages and worked on improving the domain authority.
LION Digital SEM Team went through many phases of goal setting with the client to ensure that we maximised efforts in the areas that would move the needle for the business the most. This focused on an in-depth new business acquisition strategy model to play to the businesses’ strengths by truly showcasing their USPs & advantages over competitors. The strategy shifted from month to month, quarter to quarter based on the environment & how we were progressing towards our goals. SEM team credit the success to a mix of tenacity towards our goals, frugality (at times) & patience/trust in the process.
