CONTEXT
Nutrition Warehouse is Australia’s leading Sports, Bodybuilding, and General Health Supplement retailer. Operating online and across 90+ stores nationwide. The company was founded by Grant Mayo in 2008 and continues to accelerate with the most diverse, agile, and enthusiastic talent.
They sought out LION Digital to migrate their existing CRM account to Klaviyo.
WHAT WE DID
Full migration from Omnisend to Klaviyo for 1.1m emails and 350k SMS profiles, including list cleaning, advanced segmentation (including location segments for 90+ stores). Then, we created a content calendar for email and SMS leveraging the client’s store birthday program.
This resulted in X45 email and SMS campaigns per month.
RESULTS
294% MoM growth, a 40% increase in conversions from the email, 7,300% growth in their SMS channel, and the trend continued with 99% growth from the previous month, and an average transaction value of $9 higher than the site average.
