Executive Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
LION Digital is a new breed of Agency and has a unique model to offer a holistic eCommerce service to their customers. We’re looking for a experienced Sales focused Executive Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a quick and organised manner. You will work one-on-one with an executive on a variety of tasks related to their work responsibilities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proficiency in English, you will be required to work with an all english speaking team and call potential UK based clients. Advanced English and fluent speaking abilities is a must have.
- The right candidate needs to have experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing agencies (Required)
- Knowledge and experience of HubSpot or a similar CRM (Salesforce)
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Tech Savvy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organise and maintain information that may be sensitive confidential or technical in nature.
