JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager Paid Search & Analytics plays a key role across the strategic development and execution of paid Search advertising campaigns for our clients. This role focuses on optimizing campaigns for peak efficiency and ROI, fostering growth, and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment with LION and client strategic objectives.

Ideally you posses strong knowledge and experience across one or more of the following areas;

  • Modern Search from a strategy perspective through to analytical and data driven approaches
  • Reporting & data vis experience with insights to drive strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Google Marketing Platform

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Required knowledge and hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform, including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimise campaign budgets with a modern search approach.
  • Analyse campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to align creative output with campaign goals and targeting.
  • Remain current with digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain Lion Digital's industry leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $20k - $100k+ per month (ideally experience in ecommerce, SaaS or Marketplaces).
  • Knowledge with the Google Marketing Platform, including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Proficiency in using search data to generate insights and drive viable bidding strategies that harvest value from the platforms and partners in use.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using tools specific to core Search duties.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
