Established in 1936, Blowes Clothing is an Australian third-generation family-owned and operated heritage company, specialising in multi-brand collections of classic casual, traditional attire and on-trend attire at competitive prices. When Blowes Clothing started working with LION’ Email team, the Email + SMS channels weren’t performing at their total capacity usage.
WHAT WE DID
The company brief at the starting point gave the idea of a typical customer portrait and defined the brand voice preferences. Aligning with the Blowes Clothing team, the preferable communication frequency, campaign types, the information on products suitable to create cross-selling campaigns and bundles, discounts availability and other eCommerce business-specific details were accumulated. Thus, an efficient company-specific detailed content calendar was created.
RESULTS
Revenue increased by 35%, and Transactions increased by 38% in YoY comparison of periods before and after the LION Email + SMS team started working with Blowes Clothing.
